Medications Used to Treat Pain in Children
Pain medications: Acetaminophen and opioids

Patient-controlled analgesia (PCA): Children who are 4-6 years old can use with the help of a nurse or parent.
Epidural analgesia: Epidural analgesia can be performed during major surgeries such as spinal surgeries, abdominal and lower extremity surgeries for postoperative pain control.
